For this project, we installed new equipment in an existing playground. In this case, Troisdorf Municipal Council opted for a green-blue steel system with floating rocks as a special feature.
In addition to the bird’s nest swing, children can reach the first platform via the specially positioned climbing rocks using a towing rope, from which they can access the barrel bridge via a slalom track, balancing pipes and straps. The middle drum was mounted on springs, making climbing even more exciting due to this special feature.
If, however, the visitor chooses a different route from the first platform, they can reach the next tower via the rope bridge with balancing ramps, which can also be reached via a climbing wall. Then it goes down again via the box slide to start again from the beginning.
Small decorative elements like the starfish or a flag complete the overall feel of the facility. If children need a little break from all that running around, climbing and balancing, they can make themselves comfortable on the cosy hammock.
